Fachkoordination ES–PHZH

The University of Zurich, in close cooperation with the Zurich University of Teacher Education (PHZH), is responsible for the discipline-specific aspects of the training of teachers for lower secondary education (Sekundarstufe 1). 

At the English Department, Dr. Nicole Frey Büchel and PD Dr. Annina Seiler act as coordinators for English Literature and English Linguistics, respectively. They organize and teach modules offered to future secondary school teachers of English. In adition, they act as study advisors and coordinate the contacts between the English Department of the UZH and the PHZH.

Note: The coordinators are not in charge of theTeaching Diploma for Upper Secondary Education (= Lehrdiplom Maturitätsschulen).
