2025: Dr. Mason Wirtz won the Figdor Prize for Linguistics and Literary Studies 2025 by the Austrian Academy of Sciences (ÖAW) for his habilitation project “Sociolinguistic Variation Across the Lifespan in First and Second Language: On the Influence of Major Life Events and Psychosocial Factors.”
October 2025: Prof. Dr. Katharina Gerund awarded Habilitationspreis by the Universitätsbund der Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg.
July 2025: Dr. Annina Seiler won the award for Best Research Aid by ISSEME.
May 2025: Prof. Dr. Simone Pfenninger was shortlisted for the teaching award by the UZH.
