This year's Study Abroad Information meeting for students of English will take place on Wednesday, October 16, at 6.15 p.m. (in the UZH main building, room KO2-F-174).

During this event, information on the various possibilities for students of English who would like to study abroad or to work as language assistants in the US and the UK will be provided (a representative from the MOVETIA programme for the UK will be present as well).

Furthermore, you will get information on summer schools and the new modules “Stay Abroad Portfolio” (Bachelor Module) and “Stay Abroad: Research-Based Report” (Master Module). The meeting is open to all English Department students who are interested in spending some time abroad, be it 3 weeks, 3 months or a whole year.

This event is also important for our first-semester students, as the application process takes a while and you might want to plan ahead. Additionally, if you plan on doing the Lehrdiplom, you will get some information on the stay abroad requirement.
