Students, members of staff, and the general public are cordially invited to a guest lecture by Prof. Dr. Alexander Bergs (Universität Osnabürck), entitled "Reconstructing historical Englishes and their speakers: macro- and micro perspectives."

The guest lecture forms part of Prof. Dr. Olga Timofeeva's Master Research Seminar "Sociolinguistic reconstructions of medieval English" and takes place on Thursday, 26 October 2017, at 14-16, (room PLH 5, at Plattenstrasse 47).
