I am a teaching and research assistant at the chair of Prof. Dr. Olga Timofeeva. I obtained both my B.A. and M.A. degrees in English as well as German literature and linguistics from the University of Zurich and spent one semester each at Trinity College Dublin and the University of Helsinki. Before starting this position, I worked as a student assistant at Prof. Dr. Olga Timofeeva’s chair and as a research assistant on various projects, including “Syntaktischer Atlas der deutschen Schweiz (SADS)” (German Department) and “Language Attitudes in the Swiss Anglophone Diaspora (LASAD)” (English Department). My main research interests lie in sociopragmatic and diatopic variation in early Middle English.
